Announcement: The Library of Congress is now accepting applications for the
2017 Library of Congress Junior Fellows Summer Intern Program, a paid,
10-week full-time internship that will take place from May 30, 2017 to
August 4, 2017. 

 

The Junior Fellows Program invites undergraduate and graduate students to
the Library of Congress to collaborate with world-class curators and
specialists on an exciting array of projects that span the Library's vast
collections. The work of the Junior Fellows results in access and
information for students, teachers, librarians, researchers, and historians
across the world. Junior Fellows combine their interests and skills to make
materials available - for example, cataloging items and creating finding
aids to facilitate research; utilizing scientific inquiry to support
preservation efforts; and curating sets of materials into onsite and online
