I saw this questions asked in an archived discussion on the list from
about a year ago, I just wanted to check and see if I was doing
something wrong or if there's still known issues with installing
Catalyst on cygwin?
The installation usually fails with a recursive dependacy error(s),
though they seems to look a little difference each time. :) e.g.:

Task::Catalyst
=> S/SR/SRI/Task-Catalyst-1.90.tar.gz
=> Catalyst::Plugin::Authorization::ACL
=> N/NU/NUFFIN/Catalyst-Plugin-Authorization-ACL-0.06.tar.gz

=> A/AG/AGRUNDMA/Catalyst-5.6902.tar.gz
=> Test::WWW::Mechanize::Catalyst
=> L/LB/LBROCARD/Test-WWW-Mechanize-Catalyst-0.37.tar.gz
=> Catalyst.
Cannot continue.
