Don't try and use Ubuntu LTS packages for Catalyst, the tutorial is
for 5.70+ only.
I'd suggest you try either dh-make-perl, the CPANPLUS Deb backend or
http://debian.pkgs.cpan.org/ instead.
Slightly more obviously, is there a way we can get the ubuntu people to
push an update?
Our systems guy, after some searching found this:
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/perl/libcatalyst-perl
And it seems to work (so far) for our needs.
