In Catalyst::Manual::Intro, the class "Catalyst::Config" is
referenced. As far as I can tell from CPAN and Trac,
Catalyst::Config doesn't exist.
Perhaps this...
=item * L<Catalyst::Config>
... should change to something like this...
=item * Config -- see L<Catalyst::Plugin::ConfigLoader>
