Hi There,

I am taking a this week off of work and would really like to build an
application with catalyst. Does anyone have an IDE that they can
recommend? I have been developing perl apps for a while now but have
been using vi :). If anyone has any suggestions I wold love to hear
them.

I've not yet found anything that beats four 80x25 xterms running screen
plus bash plus vi :)

I have to confess although I tried -very- hard, testing every single IDE or text editor there is on the mac, I came to pretty much the same conclusion :( Using Vim with perl-support,Snippets and cvs/vcs plugins, iTerm and various ssh tunnels & rsync tools. 1) None of the tools I tried (and keep trying) exhibits the same sort of power. 2) they all exhibit a serious flaw sooner or later which makes
me drop them (and yes, vim7 can look as nice as TextMate on the mac).
