you forgot the ::Plugin part
My original email stated the error message coming from Catalyst, I just cut-n-pasted it:

[warn] Store class "Catalyst::Authentication::Store::LDAP" not found, trying deprecated ::Plugin:: style naming.

Then I tried to install the package listed in the warning ... ???
