I know. Grabbed it from CGI.pm without checking. It also returns the, I believe, illegal <ul></ul> when there are no params. :)

If I ever do anything with it, I promise to fix it.

That’s invalid HTML. You can’t put an `<ul>` directly inside a
`<ul>` like that.
