Yes I currently have a couple of apps that use ExtJS + Catalyst, works
great for me!

built it yourself? I have found so far:
HTML::FormFu::ExtJS
Catalyst-Controller-HTML-FormFu-ExtJS
any you'd recommend taking a look at?
