Thanks for this. Indeed they are, officially the book is being released on Friday.

I wrote about 2/3 of it, Matt Trout wrote about two chapters and helped me plan out the outline. Eden Cardim (with a lot of help from Robert "Phaylon" Seladek) wrote chapter 12 on Reaction, Jay Kuri wrote the Authenication chapter, and Jess Robinson the chapter on DBIx::Class.

Marcus Ramberg provided us with a foreword, and Jesse Scheidlower helped me a lot with the proof reading of the final stages of the book. A cast of many helped me with Chapter 11 (the Catalyst Cookbook).
