Your comments don't belong in a thread designed to help Windows users get the best support for Catalyst, certainly not on the Catalyst mailing list. Plenty of core Catalyst and Perl developers use something other than Linux. You can use HN or reddit for these thread-jacking comments, but lets stay constructive and on topic here.
