I have 2 MS Vista machines with Strawberry Perl. I installed
Catalyst::Runtime and Catalyst::Devel from CPAN on both machines.
I get the same result when I run "Catalyst.pl MyApp" on both machines on the
Perl command line; instead of creating the "MyApp" application, I just get the
"help" message.
I don't know if this is a security issue with Vista.
