I am writing to request prayer for my Daughter, Malorie. She is
exactly 5 months 2 weeks pregnant with a boy. On her last prenatal
visit, a possible condition called placenta previa was found. Malorie
returns in 2 weeks for another internal ultrasound to see if the
placenta has turned upright is no longer on the cervix. Malorie is
having extreme back pain and whenever she stands from a sitting
position, there seems to be a lot of pressure coming from her cervix
which may mean that the placenta has indeed embedded itself onto the
cervix instead of the Uterine Wall as it should be. I know that our
LORD is a gracious and loving LORD and we accept all things that HE
has allowed in our lives. I just ask you to please pray as our LORD
so leads your hearts for Malorie and this unborn baby.
Also, Malorie received a letter from the Department of Social
Services stating that she has been dropped from Medicaid. They have
also dropped Jackson (her 17 month old) from the Medicaid plan that
he was on but did put him on an alternate plan. I am uncertain if he
can still be seen by the current physician that he has seen for 17
months and then, should this baby that Malorie is carrying survive,
there is a matter of who will see him as well. They did, however,
state that Malorie could apply for Pregnancy Medicaid and that is
what she is doing but all of the paperwork that she just submitted
one month ago "has been lost" by the Medicaid office, yet again. This
is so frustrating and the redundancy is ridiculous. It is wearing on
all of our nerves. Please pray for us to be able to lay this at our
LORD'S feet and leave it there. Although Malorie was told that she
can apply for the pregnancy Medicaid, there is a possibility that she
will not get it. Please pray that our LORD moves mountains so that
she does get the pregnancy coverage.
