Thank you so much for your prayers. My mom is recovering very slowly. She is in a lot of pain. The doctor told me this is an especially painful surgery. We didn't know this in advance. My mother is very discouraged, can't get comfortable much of the time, and is on morphine all the time which makes her disoriented. The fear now is that her lack of will to get up and move around will cause her to get bedsores. Also, she has a drainage tube in her chest because the lung is leaking air. If only her lung will reseal itself and stop leaking air, the tube can be removed and she will be much more comfortable. Prayers for this particular healing are humbly requested.
