Conferences are private meetings of the justices at which they review cases and decide which ones to accept for formal review. If four of the nine justices vote to hear the case in full an oral argument would be scheduled. December 5 is just 10 days before the Electoral College is scheduled to meet to make formal the election of Obama as the nation's next president. Is what the Supreme Court does newsworthy or not? Real Clear Politics refuses to allow posts from readers that have to do with the legal battles in nine states and those that sit before the Supreme Court that have to do with Obama's citizenship. How is it the Supreme Court will spend time on this while the rest of us can't mention it? An important prophetic word of correction has come my way from a colleague, Nigerian church leader Emanuel Kure - that'll mean nothing to 99.9% of you so I'll leave it at that. Even so, I'm watching this story until it goes away (which probably won't be much longer). Watching Obama pick the most radical pro-abortion retreads from the mid-90's to make up this "Change" administration causes me to consider the irony here of a Supreme Court level challenge over the legitimacy of his own birth in terms of his eligibility to govern our nation.
