They are very active on this issue there, and personally know and work for Mr. Kline and his cause. This is a very important case with potential implications against Planned Parenthood throughout our Country. Phill Kline has been a force in Kansas going against both the late term abortionist, Dr. George Tiller, known as "Tiller the Baby Tiller" there, and also against the Planned Parenthood in Overland Park, KS. The Planned Parenthood Overland Park clinic in Johnson County willfully neglected to report instances of child rape, forged viability reports, and performed illegal late-term abortions. The KS Supreme Court has given Kline a very big and important victory against the Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri. Mr. Kline has been under constant attack from the very pro-abortion KS Governor, Kathleen Sebelius and her administration. Phill Kline has been relentless in his approach, and has brushed off ever set back and continued to pursue the activities of this very unlawful and evil organization. He is bringing over 100 criminal charges against this locationth at is part of the largest abortion/network providers in the world. Please keep Phill Kline and his family in your prayers. Two weeks ago he spoke at the Virginia Family Forum in virginia. I could not attend, but Anna LaBounty went in my place and said it was a wonderful message. December 5, 2008 For Immediate Release Today the Kansas Supreme Court validated that Former Attorney General, now Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline was legally justified and had strong evidence (confirmed by every judge that reviewed it) that crimes had been committed when he charged Comprehensive Health of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid Missouri. "Today we have witnessed corruption at the highest level of the courts in Kansas. The Kansas Supreme court has allowed Planned Parenthood to run out the clock of District Attorney Phill Kline's term in office through 18 months of bogus court procedures and in this ruling today have found no grounds of wrongdoing whatsoever," states Pat Adair, State Director of Women Influencing the Nation. Let's review what Planned Parenthood sought from the court and the result of today's ruling (in red): a) that Kline be ordered to give up all of the evidence and that the evidence be suppressed - DENIED; b) that Kline be held in contempt - DENIED c) that Kline be fined - DENIED; d) that they (Planned Parenthood) receive attorney fees - DENIED. In this opinion released today, Supreme Court Justice McFarland gets it right when in her concurring opinion she states: "the majority is more interested in reprimanding Kline for his attitude....it appears to me that the majority invokes our extraordinary inherent power to sanction simply to provide a platform from which to denigrate Kline...."(end quote)----It is important to note that Kline had offered to review the case with former AG Paul Morrison when he was first elected and Morrison had refused. The mis-use of the word 'sanction' is evidence of the high court's frustration that there are no legal grounds for them to go after Kline and no justification on their part to protect Planned Parenthood from criminal prosecution. "It is time for the Kansas Supreme Court to stop interfering with this valid criminal investigation, release (key witness) Judge Anderson to testify about his knowlege as it relates to the alleged felony crimes committed by Planned Parenthood, and allow a jury to decide. Sadly, it is the young women and viable unborn babies in Johnson County that continue to be the victims of this money driven abortion industry as the activist courts stand in the way of justice. It is time to treat this like every other criminal case and let the prosecutor, prosecute. We applaude Phill Kline's willingness to uphold the rule of law and his efforts to protect the physical safety and privacy of women during his investigation," Adair added.
