Thank you for your prayers. Dad is having a hard time but will make
it through.

Mom has gone home --- at 9:30 pm on Sunday, December 28, 2008. Her
death was so peaceful, she just breathed her last and went to meet
Jesus in Eternity. I can just see her now, greeting all of her
family and friends who have gone before her. Two songs keep going
through my mind, One is "Can you Imagine", and " There are holes in
Heavens Floor".

We sent her Home with prayer's, Psalms and of course the Divine Mercy
Chaplet. I have never seen some one die so peacefully. Though I do
believe that G_d had taken her home before her earthly body
expired. With the pain that she would have felt from the kidney's
shutting down, there was never any visible signs of pain, no moaning,
no movement, just a very deep sleep. The only thing I had asked for
Mom was a peaceful death and our Merciful and Gracious G_d provided
just that. The only thing I saw was one small tear at the last.

This is only a new beginning, and I know we will all be together
again. Please rejoice and try not to grieve too much for Mom, her
pain is gone and she has heard the words, "Welcome Home, my true and
faithful servant". Plus anyone who knew Mom well would know that she
would not want to cause anyone even one moment of pain.

We are working on planning the funeral, just waiting to get up with
the funeral home and Church to determine the date and time of the service.

May G_d Bless you all,

Geri

Lord, may everything we do begin with Your inspiration and continue
with Your help,
so that all our prayers and works may begin in You and by You be happily ended.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
