No, Sue, this is not properly stated. 
 
"10 Venerables to be Beatified" is the correct  statement. Canonization 
refers to sainthood a process by which heroic Christians  may be prayed to for 
their intercession by members of the entire Church,  proclaimed by the ordinary 
infallibility of the Church. 
 
Beatification allows for veneration in local  communities only. Beatification 
does not make use  of infallibility.
