Good point.
I was trying to reduce the size of the distro, so I removed modeler
jar from Win and Mac bundles. Cross-platform version has it. But
reading JNDI info via preferences requires this jar, so looks like we
need it back. I'll change the build script. In 2.0 we may come up
with smarter packaging.
