Ok.  Looks like I need the following.

1) user name -- cdaniluk?  I don't know if this has to have a matching
apache id yet
2) what spaces to be created -- Cayenne User Documentation  (CAYDOC)?
3) for what projects (for group access) -- cayenne in incubator
