Agreed. The only license attached to the source files is ObjectStyle  
license, and Cayenne committers are the "party" that brought Cayenne  
to Apache. So is it safe to do this -

1. Put ObjectStyle License header in the NOTICE file.
2. Strip it from all source files.
3. Add Apache header to all source files.

If there are no objections to this procedure (?), Michael, can you do  
the header conversion?
