We planned to get rid of direct Log4J dependency for some time, replacing it
with commons-logging. Will need to do it now. Per CAY-389 commons-logging can
leak in some containers. commons-logging website claims that this problem is
fixed in cl 1.1 - so this is the version we are going to try.
