Ok... we do ship hsql and ognl with the Modeler. Those are missing...
I'll add them to the NOTICE file (and the rest of the licenses too).
So #3 is indeed an issue.

I looked at the struts release (1.3.5) and they simply put a
pointer to the antlr site from their NOTICE file which I think
will be good...
