Recent versions of HSQLDB presumably support auto-increment keys. Need to do
fix the adapter to support that in Cayenne.
* Make auto-increment supported by default
* Add version checking code to HSQLDBSniffer to disable it on older versions
(investigate which was the earliest version that had it implemented)
