Hello all,
Today on my usual short lunch walk in Mundy, I encountered 5 or 6 Magnolia
Warblers, one Nashville and one Common Yellowthroat, along with Red-eyed
Vireos, Downy, Hairy, Pilaeated and Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers and of course
chickadees and tufted titmouse.
Now OT:
I am thinking of going to Peru and the idea is to spend four or 5 days in
Amazonia (Tambopata), three or four days in Machhu Pichhu and a couple of
days in Lake Titicaca area during Christmas vacation about 15 to 20
days. I am not one of those who go on all planned tours where leaders show
you 300 sp. of birds in two days, though I might do one for a couple of
days, but I like to plan things myself and seeing things myself. That is
the fun part of doing a trip for me at least. I would appreciate if anyone
has any suggestions. Also if anyone is interested in joining in this
adventure please contact me off the list at [email protected]
