Hi all,

One of my target birds for late autumn/winter is Cedar Waxwing. If anyone
comes across consistent spots where they are feeding on any kind of fruit,
I'd really appreciate an email about it. Ideally need a place where they
are coming on a regular basis. Feeding on cedar fruits would be fantastic!

BTW, I have been checking various local spots e.g. the Cornell Arboretum
(where there are crabapples and hawthorns loaded with berries) but have
yet to see any birds feeding there. And the hawthorns at the Lab of O. had
waxwings until recently but now most berries are gone.

Also, for a new book project I've started, I'm looking for any consistent
spots for Eastern Screech-Owl (natural cavity or nest box), Great Horned
Owl, and Barred Owl. Please email me privately.

Many thanks for any information.

Marie
