Jennings Pond is most definitely (entirely) within the Cayuga basin, whether you mean the physical drainage basin or the arbitrarily "adjusted" basin as presented first in THE FLORA OF THE CAYUGA LAKE BASIN by Karl Wiegand and Arthur Eames, Cornell University, 1924.
