On Saturday, Susie & I had brief yard visits from our first-of-year YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER and NORTHERN SHRIKE. The latter was a bit surprising as I had thought they had all gone north. While working, I watched the sky in the afternoon, but saw only a few locals. Apparently Ken and Derby Hill had a good day, though.
