A female WILSON'S PHALAROPE found by Chuck Gibson this morning is still on
the pond at the visitor center at Montezuma. He also saw either a Laughing
or Franklin's Gull on the pool briefly this morning. Andrew VanNorstrand and
I are up there now and have been unable to relocate it. Notable birds
include SEMIPALMATED PLOVER at the pond across from the MAC, Peregrine
Falcon harassing shorebirds at Van Dtne Spoor, BLACK TERN with Common Terns
at Harris Park, Great Egret on Savannah Spring Lake, and a pair of Sandhill
Cranes on Carncross.

In Ithace in tbhe morning we had similar birds as others in the hawthorns
with the addition of two CAPE MAY WARBLERS. At least one MOURNING WARBLER is
back on Beam Hill.
