After an uneventful circuit on the Wilson Trail, I ran into a fine mixed flock
near 91 Sapsucker Woods Road on Monday morning. Gary Kohlenberg arrived just
as the viewing was reaching its peak. These birds included:

Magnolia Warbler (3+ juveniles)
Blackburnian Warbler (1 adult male)
Black-throated Green Warbler (2+)
American Redstart (3+)
Tennessee Warbler (only a very brief view, but I think this bird's bright
yellowness rules out Orange-crowned)
Wilson's Warbler (1 adult)
Common Yellowthroat (2+)
Philadelphia Vireo
Blue-headed Vireo
Red-eyed Vireo
Chipping Sparrow (8+)
Eastern Wood-Pewee (4+)

plus many chickadees, titmice, nuthatches, and woodpeckers.
