Last evening, I was in the Forest Home area, and heard lots of birds. So I
was excited to go home and listen more. But when I arrive at my home out
past Mt Pleasant (elevation at my house is 1550 ft.), I listened and didn't
hear any birds. The wind was negligible. I wondered if birds were moving at
lower elevations or if my hearing was just kaput.
