My neighbor down the road just called to tell me she found a cockatiel flying around her yard. She coaxed it in the house, and was holding on to it when she called me. I told her that her best bet was to take the bird to the Cornell vet school. I wonder if this was the same cockatiel flying around Cornell a week ago?
