I just want to remind people that we have a dish-to-pass compilation dinner and
event at the Lab at the end of the day. The doors open at 6:00 p.m. We have
the potluck supper at 6:30 p.m. followed by the compilation of sightings at
7:15 p.m. Bring a dish to share, your own table service, and a beverage if you
want. This being Ithaca, the selection of dishes is always varied and awesome!
Bring your A-game if you want to keep up, but a bag of chips or cookies is
appreciated too and always disappears quickly.

The compilation will be accompanied by a slide show of all the species ever
seen on the Ithaca count. Last year I had technical difficulties, which was a
shame because Jay had added some spectacular photos. But, I have a new
computer now, so it should go smoothly.

Area compilers, remember I expect you to have both your data and participant
sheets to turn in to me at the dinner. And somebody (Linda?) will be looking
for the money from each area too ($5 a person). Money is for Audubon
data-processing the count, not the dinner! No charge for guests, just come and
share.

See you tomorrow and Happy New Year!

Kevin
