On Thursday morning as I was entering Tompkins County, first bird I saw was a low flying TV. Shortly after that a Raven flew across somewhere near Irish Settlement (or now Minneaha) road junction on Rt 79. A TV had been circling in front of my office window yesterday morning. Today morning as I was heading to BTI, the East Hill Am. Kestrel was sitting on the electric line in gorgeous light. I guess he has decided not to migrate south anymore. Just for the record....
