Hi all, Matt Young will be leading a Cayuga Bird Club trip to look for winter finches on Saturday, Feb 19. Join Matt on this trip to Lime Hollow in Cortland to find winter finches, including redpolls, Evening Grosbeaks, and Pine Siskins, which have been active locally this year. Dress warmly, bring a snack, and be prepared for some stalking! Meet Matt at the Lime Hollow Nature Center: from Ithaca, drive north on Route 13 toward Cortland; turn left on County Road 124/Gracie Road (opposite Webb Road); continue one mile to the visitor’s center.
