Hi,

This evening a drake BLUE-WINGED TEAL was swimming with the Mallards
offshore the east side of Stewart Park. This is the first June record in
eBird for Tompkins County. Other early summer oddities for the south end of
the lake included a PURPLE FINCH singing from the Golf Course and, yesterday
afternoon, an adult CASPIAN TERN perched on the Red Jetty.
