Hi:
I reported a possible Western this morning from Myers in Salmon Creek,
but having talked to Dave and Jay, I now think this is likely a
White-rumped. What threw me off was the bill: I immediately thought it
might be a white-rumped, but I don't see those too often. I saw no
evidence of the reddish patch at the base and the bill seemed much more
droopy than my field guides indicated.
I live and learn.
