Attached is a photo of the SNOWY OWL that has been seen at Charlotte Beach in Rochester. (Charlotte is pronounced "sha LOT" in Rochester!) My sister, Lynn Scott, who took the photo, walked out on the main pier to see the Snowy Owl on the adjacent pier by the Coast Guard station.
