Just a couple of points on the Waterloo Premium Outlets; the Snowy Owl was on
the NW corner of the cupola by the Under Armour Store, mainly visible from
behind the stores (I could see top of head from way across parking lot though).
If you use the signs on the back side of the stores for a location, please note
that, they are just advertising signs for the thruway traffic and don't
correspond to the actual store locations. I got there about 9 AM, and the owl
had already been there about an hour. I left about 12:15 - 12:30 and it hadn't
moved from that location (not liking the wind maybe?)

Around Savannah not much activity except tons of Geese (Snow & Canada), Swans
(Tundra), assorted ducks (mostly Mallards), and Gulls everywhere. I did have a
couple Am. Kestrels (one along 318 east of Premium Outlets and the other on the
north end of VanDyne Spoor Rd), nice view of a male N. Harrier (corner of Lay &
E. Tyre roads), lots of Red-tailed Hawks, and a Pileated Woodpecker on VanDyne
Spoor Rd (center of wooded section where it turns to a dirt road). Also lots of
Am. Tree Sparrows on Towpath Rd.
