I scoped from Myers Pt and the Marina this morning (8:40 - 9:10) and did not find the Western Grebe. Highlight was what must have been the entire Stewart Park Aythya flock flying north. Skein after skein of REDHEAD flew north in a short burst at approximately 8:50, flying up the west side of the lake high over the ridge. I didn't notice any other species in with them, but there must have been three to four thousand ducks in the air. The only other birds of note were at the marina: 1 BELTED KINGFISHER, 1 female COMMON MERGANSER, 125 COOT, and 10 COMMON GOLDENEYE.
