I have to make a trip from Vermont to Rochester NY and back in a 48 hour
period. I thought I'd stop and do some photography around Montezuma Wildlife
Refuge. I am not a birder. I dont know most bird species from another. But I
do love photography. I will be in the area Monday April 16th. I have
downloaded a map of birding sites that includes the refuge and areas north
of the refuge. One of the sites north of the refuge might be more to my
liking as it gets further from the Thruway noise of semi-wheels. But top
priority is the potentially most active wildlife area. I downloaded the map
and list of sites from < http://montezumabirding.webs.com/maps.htm >. I
would love to get some suggestions of the locations which are best. I know
it's short notice.. hopefully this is an active list...

THANKS!!

Winnie
