Yesterday (Saturday) afternoon, while we were walking our dog along the fields off Bluegrass Lane, there were few sparrows, but a flock of at least 200 AMERICAN PIPITS came by -- passing overhead in a loose, constantly calling flock from west to east. A "river of pipits" as Anne called it.
KEN p.s. I might see Yellowish Pipit tomorrow -- can you guess where I am?
