Does anyone have a sense of what this owl is eating as it hangs out at the mall for days? French fries? House Sparrows? Starlings? Gulls? Mice or rats? Stray pets and small children? Or is it hunting in surrounding fields and just roosting there because it is less accessible to mammalian predators, and nowhere else is more bleak and tundra-like than a mall?
