At Montezuma this afternoon there was little in the way of shorebirds except at
Benning Marsh where I counted between 90 and 100 DUNLIN but no other shorebird
species. There were 3 GREATER YELLOWLEGS at the visitor's center but that was
it. The usual large number of GREEN-WINGED TEAL and a pair of BLUE-WINGED TEAL
were present also.
