Earlier this week I was privy to a flotilla of Mallard ducklings making their 
way along the edge of the little pond that's south of the parking area off of 
Lake Road. Yesterday, I came across two different sets of goslings being herded 
by parents (total of about 16. Today, there were many turtles sunning on the 
logs which gave me pause to think about the next hatch event to expect in the 
neighborhood.
