Hi All,

Thought you might like to know that yesterday I stopped by to see the Portland
Point Rd. Osprey nest, and both adults were at the nest. One was tearing off
pieces of fish and feeding it to the nestlings. I could make out 2 chicks
definitively, but there could have been more. This was about 7 pm, so the light
wasn't great, but there are at least 2 chicks in the nest. If anyone else sees
more, please report.

While there, I also saw a pair of Northern Mockingbirds (fairly regular around
this part of Lansing) and a couple of Cedar Waxwings.

Best,

Robyn Bailey
