While walking the fisherman's trail along Cayuta lake (AKA Kayutah and Little 
Lake)
yesterday I flushed an Osprey who took off across the water. Before it lifted 
off, I
heard the chirruping sound they make, then it flew low, close to the water and
occasionally dragging it's feet, as if rinsing them off. Maybe cooling off?

It was a pleasure!
