Hi all, Suddenly, yesterday and today, there has been a male Ruby-throated Hummingbird at my feeder (there have been several females/immatures consistently). Yet it has been nearly 2 weeks since I saw "my" male who was here all summer. Whether the current one is actually "mine" (if so, where has he been?...not nearby since all the hummingbird flowers in my yard have faded) or a new guy who has just arrived from farther north, will remain unsolved—although his gorget is much subdued, but maybe that is to be expected at this time of the summer.
