The wildlife drive at Montezuma was a little sparse, few ducks & Canada Geese
(A. Wigeon, Gadwall, Shovelers, Black Ducks, Mallards, GW Teal, N. Pintail, &
Coots). Also had Pectoral (& Semipalmated?) Sandpipers at Benning Marsh and a
Peregrine Falcon near the spillway. Knox-Marsellus/Puddlers had lots of ducks &
geese (Canada & Snow) didn't see the Ross's or the 15 Sandhill Cranes that were
there Thu PM. (Also about a dozen Swans, 3 Trumpeters, & rest too far to be
sure, may have been Tundra).

Drove around Seneca Lake State Park and Chamber of Commerce in Geneva this
afternoon, Bufflehead, C. Mergansers, Mallards, Blacks, Ruddy, A. Goldeneye,
pair of Mute Swans, C. Geese, and 7 Horned Grebes.

The highlight of the day was seeing Eagles everywhere I went, including
downtown Geneva - about 15 total, mostly mature. FYI the resident Ring-neck
Duck is still at Mud Lock (along with 1 eagle).
