Happy New Year ...almost - I came to the Lab today to fill bird feeders in the
Bird Garden and I stopped to watch what came to the feeders afterwards - 16
Pine Siskins, 1 Redwing Blackbird and 1 Common Redpoll. It makes you wonder
what comes to the feeders when there is no one around!

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our
people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of
men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the
earth all one's lifetime"
-Mark Twain-
