I took an evening walk out back and profited from my bird song disks by
hearing a brown thrasher and locating it vociferously repeating over the
horse/deer field at the corner of Ellis Hollow Creek road and Turkey Hill
road. It repeated numerous phrases 2 to 3 times each. I also thought maybe
I heard a great crested flycatchers "Wheep" but it was the call note of a
male towhee instead of it's much more familiar song it.
